Bio:
Kjell Engman (b. 1946) is a prominent Swedish glass artist and designer who has collaborated with Kosta Boda since 1978. He is particularly known for his vivid colours and sculptural forms, often blurring the line between art glass and functional objects. During the 1980s and 1990s, Engman produced numerous designs in pressed and cast glass, characterised by rich colour, tactile surfaces, and a strong decorative presence.
