Bio:
Willhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was one of Gustavsberg’s most influential designers and ceramic innovators. From the iconic Farsta pieces to numerous glaze experiments, he continually explored form, colour, and material expression. His test bowls and workshop trials from the 1930s and 40s are now highly sought after for their artistic immediacy and historical significance.
