Cylindrical stoneware vase with a narrowed midsection, decorated with a hand-painted graphic motif in brown tones on a natural clay band, framed by glazed blue-grey sections. A fine example of Larson’s distinctive blend of rustic simplicity and artistic expression.

Bio:
Lisa Larson (b. 1931) is one of Sweden’s most beloved ceramic artists, known for her figurative and decorative works for Gustavsberg from the 1950s to the 1980s. Her creations combine warmth, humour, and a keen sense of form and proportion, making them highly sought-after collector’s pieces today.
