Bio
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor and designer, renowned for his work in pewter, silver, and the self-developed metal alloy “Disko.” He founded his workshop in Copenhagen in 1918 and created a wide range of functional and decorative objects with simple, organic forms that reflect Scandinavian modernism. After his death in 1943, the company continued under the name Just, with pewter production continuing through the 1940s and 1950s.
