Danish table lamp in sandstone art pottery.
Table lamp with an organically shaped base in sand-coloured, textured art pottery and a matching woven screen. The model has a simple, sculptural expression typical of Danish lighting design from the 1960s and 70s.

Bio:
Danish ceramic and lighting production in the 1960s and 70s was characterised by natural materials, tactile surfaces and simple organic forms. Ceramic lamp bases were often combined with textile screens, creating the warm and understated appearance associated with Scandinavian interiors of the period.
