GAB Sweden, bronze writing set.
Art Deco writing set model 204 in patinated bronze. The set consists of a desk tray with two ink containers, letter knife, seal and blotter. Decorated with distinctive lion figures and designed with the clean geometric lines characteristic of the Art Deco period.

Dimensions: desk tray L. 26 cm, W. 15.5 cm, H. 7.5 cm.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget) was founded in Stockholm in 1867 and became one of Sweden’s leading manufacturers of silverware and decorative arts. Throughout the first half of the twentieth century, the company produced high-quality functional and decorative metalwork, many pieces reflecting the elegant Art Deco and early modernist design movements of the era.
