Bio:
Aluminia was founded in Copenhagen in 1863 and became a leading producer of Danish faience and art ceramics. The company gained recognition for its functional and decorative designs, including Art Deco and early modernist forms, before merging with Royal Copenhagen in 1882. Aluminia remains an important name in Danish design history.
