Bio:
Timo Sarpaneva (1926–2006) was one of Finland’s most influential designers and a central figure in modern Scandinavian design. Working closely with Iittala, he created a number of iconic glass designs that combine functionality with refined aesthetics. His work is internationally recognised and represented in major museum collections worldwide.
