Biography :
Håkan Wennström (b. 1951, Norrköping) is a Swedish artist and filmmaker. He works primarily with drawing and watercolour, often depicting horses, elks, graveyards, and everyday scenes. His art combines poetry with keen observation, and during periods of illness he even transformed his hospital room into a studio. Wennström has exhibited widely in Sweden, including Södertälje Konsthall, and is also known for short films such as Noshörning (1989) and Träd (1988).
