Bio:
Stig Lindberg (1916–1982) was one of Sweden's most influential 20th-century designers and ceramicists. He worked for Gustavsberg during several periods, creating unique pieces, art ceramics and serially produced functional wares. His ceramic work is recognised for its experimental glazes, strong sense of form and distinctive combination of functionalism and artistic freedom.
