Three decorative finger rings in patinated bronze with richly modelled figurative and ornamental motifs, including a seated figure, a stylised animal head and detailed relief decoration.
Origin: Asia.
Material: Bronze.
Dimensions: Ring sizes approx. 18.5–21.8 mm., corresponding to US sizes approx. 8 1/2–12 1/2.
Period: Early 20th century.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.
Bio:
Oriental bronze jewellery from the early 20th century was often decorated with religious figures, mythological creatures and traditional symbols. The sculptural forms and detailed relief decoration reflect regional craft traditions in which jewellery could combine a decorative function with symbolic meaning.
