Bio:
Bing & Grøndahl was founded in Copenhagen in 1853 by Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl and the brothers Meyer Hermann Bing and Jacob Herman Bing. The factory became one of Denmark’s most important porcelain manufacturers and produced both porcelain and stoneware in collaboration with numerous Danish artists and designers throughout the 20th century. The company merged with Royal Copenhagen in 1985.
