Bio:
Bing & Grøndahl was founded in Copenhagen in 1853 by sculptor Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl (1836–1902) together with brothers Meyer Hermann Bing (1807–1883) and Jacob Herman Bing (1800–1876). The company became internationally recognised for its high-quality porcelain figurines and tableware, particularly naturalistic animal sculptures, which remain highly sought after by collectors of Danish porcelain today.
