Bio:
Bjørn Wiinblad (1918–2006) was one of Denmark’s most beloved artists and designers, renowned for his decorative and imaginative style that contrasted with the strict lines of Nordic modernism. His work includes ceramics, porcelain, textiles and graphic art, and he collaborated with manufacturers such as Nymølle and Rosenthal. Wiinblad’s pieces are highly collectible today and appreciated worldwide.
