Bio:
Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) was chief designer at Rörstrand from 1931 and one of the leading Nordic ceramists of the 20th century. His work ranges from sculptural forms to refined series such as Igloo, Chamotte and Flambé, today regarded as icons of Scandinavian modernism.
