Bio:
Wilhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was one of the leading designers at Gustavsberg, where he worked from 1917 onwards, creating a wide range of iconic ceramic series. Kåge’s design language combined functionality with artistic experimentation, and his production ranged from everyday ceramics to unique pieces. His glazes and decorative techniques, often with metallic effects, make his works highly sought after by collectors today.
