Bio:
Meissen Porcelain is Europe’s oldest porcelain manufactory, founded in 1710 in Germany. The iconic “Zwiebelmuster” (Blue Onion) pattern was introduced in 1739 and has since become one of the most recognized porcelain decorations worldwide. Inspired by East Asian porcelain, the pattern is still produced today. The crossed swords mark on the underside is Meissen’s trademark and one of the oldest in the world.
