Bio:
Imre Anton˙i (1932–2025) was a Hungarian-Swedish artist educated in both Central Europe and Scandinavia. His body of work is characterized by expressive figure compositions, vigorous brushstrokes, and a powerful use of color. Anton˙i mainly worked in oil on canvas and mixed media, producing works that balanced abstraction with figurative elements. He exhibited in Sweden and internationally, and today his works are represented in several private collections.
