Wilhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer, best known for his work at the Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory, where he became artistic director in 1917. His most famous creation is the Argenta series, launched in the 1930s. It features a distinctive green glaze decorated with real silver motifs, often classical or nautical in style. The Argenta line became a major international success and remains highly collectible today.
