Bio:
In the late 1960s, many European studio ceramicists explored new and unconventional techniques, focusing on texture, firing processes, and the interaction between glaze and surface. These experiments often resulted in striking individual works with a strong physical presence. Vases from this period reflect a clear shift toward more sculptural and artistically liberated expressions.
