Olof Uno Ingemar Lundström, known by his artist name Orloff, was born on January 20, 1938, in Stockholm, Sweden, and passed away on September 8, 2022, in Stockholm.
He began his career as an actor but later became an established glass artist. The name Orloff was first used at his debut exhibition in 1982 and eventually became his legal surname.
As a glass artist, he worked in Paris and Perpignan, creating distinctive glass pieces — especially vases and sculptures. His signature “Orloff” appears on many of his works, which continue to be sold at auctions and displayed in galleries.
